• May 13, 2016 Randomly users on our Remote desktop server 2012 have no keyboard, the mouse still works fine. I've been struggling with this a wihle now but never found a solution. (ps: sometimes numlock is inverted) Allready tried turning off 'ease of access settings for keyboard', installed 'Server Role - desktop experience'.

Well, I would be looking to make sure that the batteries underneath the keyboard are fully charged. The go to System Preferences, making sure that you have the right keyboard configuration for the country you are living in. You could also restore defaults etc in this pane. Try this first. I think that on some of the earlier keyboards there was a connection button underneath, but I may be mistaken. I prefer them wired for this reason although my wife uses the wireless one. Good luck.

My laptop ( host ) does not have keyboard function on 3 remote computers. The mouse works but not the keyboard. When I went to the place that has the 3 remote laptops were, keyboard and mouse function amongst themselves very well with no issues.
